Terms of Use

By using ProFlow Physiques you agree to these terms. Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

ProFlow Physiques is the trading name of Joey Farrell Coaching, a sole trader (proprietor: Joey Farrell), at Unit 6 Balfour Court, Leyland, PR25 2TF, United Kingdom. You can email us at joey@proflowphysiques.co.uk, and that address is also where to send a complaint or a cancellation.

Coaching includes access to the app: your custom training programme, nutrition targets, check-ins, and messaging with your coach. What they run with you depends on your goal, your training history and your check-ins, and it is adjusted as you go.

Full coaching is the only service we sell.

Coaching is sold on this site in two ways: monthly, or three months paid up front, with either coach. You pay by card on the coaching page through Stripe, our payment processor, and it renews until you cancel. Consultations and one to one sessions are booked through Calendly.

Your coaching runs for as long as your subscription does. If a payment fails we will tell you before anything stops.

Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. Your programme and content are for your personal use only.

If you are a consumer and you buy coaching online, you have 14 days from the day you buy to change your mind and cancel, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email joey@proflowphysiques.co.uk within that time and we will arrange it.

If you ask us to start your coaching inside those 14 days and you then cancel, we will refund what you paid, less a fair and proportionate amount for the coaching already delivered (for example any sessions you have taken, or a plan already written for you).

After the 14 days, your coaching runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Tell us before your next payment date and we will stop it renewing.

If you book a call or a session, please give at least 24 hours notice to move it, so the slot can be offered to someone else.

None of this affects your legal rights if the coaching is not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Be respectful in messages and community spaces. Do not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The ProFlow Physiques name, programmes, videos, and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own training, but you may not copy, share, or resell them.

Our coaching is guidance on training and nutrition, not medical advice. Train within your ability, and speak to a qualified professional before making changes to your training, diet, or health.

We work to keep the app and site available, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, ProFlow Physiques is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
