ProFlow Physiques provides online physique coaching through this website and our mobile app. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean ProFlow Physiques.

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. You can reach us any time at team@proflowphysiques.co.uk.

Account details you give us, such as your name and email address.

The progress photos, body metrics, and check-ins you upload, your training and nutrition logs, the messages you exchange with your coach, and your app language preference.

Payment for coaching is arranged with Joey directly. When card checkout is available it is handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.

To deliver your coaching: build your programme, review your check-ins, run your 1:1 sessions, and manage your membership.

To reply when you contact us, and to send you messages about your coaching. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Joey, as your coach, and ProFlow Physiques admins can see the information needed to coach you. Nobody else has access to your account.

We rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase for secure storage and authentication, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting and privacy-friendly analytics, and Sentry for error reports. They act on our instructions and are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

When you send the contact form, we email your name, email, goal, and message to our team so we can reply. We use those details only to respond to your enquiry.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it, except where we must keep limited records to meet a legal obligation.

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and its data from within the app, or email us and we will help.

Because we are based in the UK, you also have rights under UK GDPR, including the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to your coaching team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

ProFlow Physiques is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.

We count page views and how quickly pages load on this website, so we can see what people find useful and fix what is slow. This is done by Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which set no cookies, do not fingerprint your device, and do not follow you to other websites. What we see is a count, not a person.

When a page breaks we receive a technical error report through Sentry so we can fix it. Those reports describe what went wrong, not who you are.

We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we do not build a profile of you.

We use a single, strictly necessary cookie to remember the language you choose. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies: the anonymous page counting described above works without them. Because the language cookie is essential to the site working, it needs no consent and there is nothing you have to switch off.
