Accessibility

Last updated: July 2026

We want everyone to be able to use ProFlow Physiques, whatever device or assistive technology you rely on. This statement explains where we stand today, and how to tell us if something is getting in your way.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA across this website. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an afterthought, so we check as we go and fix problems as we find them.

What we've built in

The site uses proper headings and page landmarks, so a screen reader can move through it in a logical order. Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text.

You can use the whole site with a keyboard alone, and whatever you land on shows a clear focus outline. Text keeps a strong contrast against its background, and the layout adapts right down to a small phone screen.

If you prefer less movement on screen, we respect your device's reduced-motion setting and switch off non-essential animation.

Where we know we fall short

No website is ever perfect. Some content we embed from other services, such as social media, may not fully meet the same standard, and we are working to improve it. If you hit a barrier we have missed, please tell us so we can put it right.

Getting in touch

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email us at team@proflowphysiques.co.uk or use our contact page. Tell us what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you were using, and we will do our best to help you and to fix the underlying problem.

How we test

We review the site against WCAG 2.2 AA using a mix of automated checks and manual testing with a keyboard and a screen reader. We last reviewed it in July 2026, and we check again whenever we make significant changes.
